In addition to formal qualifications, many of our staff hold additional technical qualifications and licences such as chemical handling, chainsaw and machinery operations.

As company founder, Jay facilitates and oversees individual projects. He delivers extensive skills in landscape ecology, site analysis, vegetation management and contract administration, offering clients creative and practical solutions to their environmental problems.

With a wealth of small business experience (including being awarded the NSW Employers' Federation Employee of the year in 1998), Benita is able to inject business and financial management expertise, whilst ensuring compliance with all legal and statutory requirements.

Drewe has extensive experience working in and managing bushland remnants and urban bushland. Other duties include tender preparation, forward planning, works supervision, client liaison, reporting and monitoring.
